Spring Craft Club

Week 6 - Under the Sea!

This week on our final week cool we made tiny turtles out of egg boxes! We painted the shell pattern and stuck little pipe cleaner legs and a pom pom head on - they were very cute! We also got to make a jellyfish where we had to use a hole punch to make holes to thread wool through to make tentacles!

We hope you all enjoyed our spring craft club as much as we did and hope to see you at our next one soon!

Week 5 - Rainbow Prints

This week we finished our mosaic flowers from last week then made finger painting rainbows.

We carefully made an arch in one colour then followed the lines in different colours to make a rainbow. We have stuck some on the corridor display board for you to see smiley

Week 4 - Mosaic Flowers

This week we made a flower mosaic picture using tiny squares of coloured paper. We had to be very careful and try and keep within the lines and use the same colour throughout each part.

They looked fantastic!

Week 3 - Sun-catcher Suns!

We made these using laminating pouches and cut up little pieces of coloured cellophane, then stuck them inside the pouch. When finished, we laminated the pouch and cut the sun out. If you stick your sun on the window, the light will shine through in lovely colours smiley

This week we made paper plate Mini Beasts!

We chose either ladybirds or bumblebees and used paint and paper to decorate it. We were very good at cutting the paper neatly and they all looked super!

Have a look at a few we made on our Craft Club display board...

We hope you all enjoyed the first Spring Craft Club!

We made snails using crayons and scrunched up tissue paper. Each snail looked very different and we even made a big version to put on our new display board in the corridor! Have a look at some photos...
