Half term message
Wed 09 Feb 2022Good morning.
Firstly, a reminder that we break up for the half term holidays on Friday this week at the normal time.
All pupils will return to school on Tuesday 22nd of February. Staff only, will be in school on Monday 21st for First Aid Training.
This half term has been another challenge as we aim to offer as normal a routine and curriculum to the children against the complications that COVID still presents.
Hopefully this will improve further in the second half term up to the Easter holidays.
A huge thank you to all of the staff for their dedication and hard work in this last half term. The determined team effort to raise levels of attainment and improve outcomes for all of the children is greatly appreciated.
Attached is the latest letter from the Chief Medical Officer for Lancashire if you require further guidance about COVID,
The last few months have been a testing time for all of us; staff, parents and pupils. I hope that the half term holiday is a chance to catch up with 'better times'.
Enjoy your break.
Kind regards
Miss Liggins Acting Deputy Head Teacher
