Class of 2017/18
General Information
Homework is set every Friday and is due in on Monday. MyMaths homework is set every Monday to be completed before Friday. Spelling and Mental Maths tests are on Fridays. Computing lessons are on Tuesday afternoons. PE lessons are on Wednesday afternoons. Please make sure you have a suitable PE kit.
So Far So Good
What a super start to Year 5! So far we have done lots of fun things as part of our learning. We have learnt about Ancient Greece and the Solar System. We visited the cinema and soon we'll be taking trips to the theatre and to a Church as part of our studies. We also learned about Roald Dahl as part of the very special Roald Dahl day. As part of Children In Need we got to wear none school uniform for the day to raise money for the cause. We have had lots of fun and energetic PE lessons so far and we are now studying, learning and composing different types of dance. Some fantastic artwork has been producing including self portraits and greek vases.

Welcome to a brand new school year! My name is Mr Chambers and I am the teacher for Class 5C. Mrs Knightley will be assisting me. We're fun and friendly and make a great team! I'm absolutely positive that with your help too, Class 5C will be amazing!
