The 'Daily mile' challenge
We are very excited to start a new initiative in school to keep our children fit and healthy. The Daily Mile challenge will involve all children running, jogging or walking for 15 minutes a day in order to improve their health and fitness. This will take place in the afternoon, everyday, (except in extreme weather conditions) and the hope is that all children will be able to manage at least a mile!!
